Terms / Beta Licence
The Electricians Assistant is currently private beta software. It is provided for practical testing and feedback before public release.
User responsibility
Users remain responsible for checking certificate accuracy, electrical safety, professional judgement, regulatory compliance, client communication and data backups.
No redistribution
Beta installers, activation codes and access details must not be copied, shared, resold or redistributed without permission.
Confidential beta features
Beta users must treat EA’s non-public features, workflows, screen layouts, certificate handling, pricing, licensing, synchronisation, assistant behaviour and roadmap as confidential product information. These details must not be copied, imitated, reverse engineered, documented for others, passed to competitors or used to help a competing product without written permission.
No copying or competitive use
Access to EA is granted only for evaluation, feedback and permitted use of the software. It does not grant permission to copy the software, reproduce its workflows, clone its interface, derive a competing product from it, or share implementation details with anyone outside the authorised beta arrangement.
No professional replacement
EA is a software tool. It does not replace the competent person, QS, electrical designer, accountant, legal adviser or the user’s professional judgement.
Data
Users are responsible for protecting their own client, certificate and business data.
Changes
Beta features may change, break, be removed or be redesigned as feedback is gathered.
